Be the realist!

Let your life follow naturally the path of least resistance and most pleasure.

A realist knows that his or her days are numbered as we all have expiration dates. This knowledge gives a person a sense of the serious nature of each moment and the need to exercise caution in each of our endeavors.

Outside the world of lolly-pops and rainbows is a real world of vicious men and intents. Be on your guard against these. But, above all be on guard for yourself. Be the best version of yourself and never accept mediocrity. If you can write your own book and make it a recipe for your life, it should be a book of epic challenges met by reason and courage.

Let's get real!

Before any discussion of philosophy can be raised about any topic, it is essential to determine how we come to formulate our ideas and opinions. It is, after all, a REAL universe that we live in, shouldn't we test our conclusions first? All that we can know comes from the findings of our senses and our instruments.

If you believe nothing exists, nothing matters. But in a universe where there is something, everything matters.

Principle Doctrine 22  "We must consider the ultimate goal to be real, and reconcile our opinions with sensory experience; otherwise, life will be full of confusion and disturbance."

Principle Doctrine 23  "If you argue against all your sensations, you will then have no criterion to declare any of them false."
